We offer 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living and dining space. Our rental is an in-law suite with its own entrance. We are located along Hwy 246, conveniently situated near renowned wineries, the beautiful Danish Village of Solvang and also near Vandenberg AFB and the Space X Launch site. It's quiet, beautiful and relaxing here. Trust me, you'll like it! Our space is located in the heart of the Santa Rita Hills. Just minutes to Solvang, we are situated between Dierberg Starlane And Foley Estate Tasting Rooms. We ourselves are transforming our own 10 acres into a Farm Distillery and tasting room. Our rental is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a large living room/kitchen. We can sleep up to 8 guests. One bedroom has 2 queen beds. The other has two twin trundle beds. Can sleep four total but you should know that when the trundles are out, there is little room to walk around. The bathroom is basic. Clean with a shower and tub and toilet. The space is tidy and minimal with just the right amount of quirk (check out our inherited ceiling lamps!) We've taken care of everything (towels, coffee maker, extra blankets). It's the perfect spot for a girls weekend, family trip or couples getaway! You have the proximity to all the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer, while staying in a picturesque and remote location. We share a few of our favorite activities, restaurants and wineries in the house manual. Guests have access to the front pasture and rental apartment. The paved area in front of the apartment is all for you. There's a grill for your use and outdoor dining table. There are a few spots on the property, reserved for you, for a quiet picnic or to enjoy sunset with a glass of wine. Or a beer (we don't judge!) Other things to note: we do live on the property full time. And by we, I mean my husband and me, our two sons (5 and 7) and a handful of pets. Boots is our outdoor cat. He loves Airbnb guests. Batman and Ginger are our dogs. Batman works outside. He’ll bark when you arrive but otherwise he’s all play and sweetness. We happily keep him tethered if you prefer. Ginger is quite old and spends most of time inside. If you have kids with you, our children will be very curious and will certainly greet you. But we take great care to make sure there are no hot wheels on the guest side of the property. Your exclusive area is directly in front of the apartment and the corner picnic area. And you are always welcome to walk the entire property. There is Directv and 2 televisions. We’ve added HBO to soften the Internet challenges ( channels 501-512).
