Their family credo was “Victus” – the manner of living. The Westins took a chance on us and we offer our amaro as a tribute to them. A bittersweet liqueur, this is for Aperol and Campari drinkers. A secret mix of bitter roots and herbs plus some apricots in the soak. Enjoy in a Negroni or Spritz. Tasting Notes: Lemon balm, rose, gentian, and black tea on the nose. More tart — lemon, gentian, birch — on the mouth into a cooling finish. The balance of flavors is a masterful and beautiful ride.
