This spirit is a taste of our orchard, root to fruit to bottle, made from 100% estate fruit. Our fruit mash is a mix of Golden Dorset, Granny Smith, Gala, Pink Ladies, Anna, Liberty and more. Fermented in our distillery and distilled in our copper pot still. Aged in new charred American Oak for six months, next in a used Rye barrel and now finished in a port barrel. Big apple nose and such a smooth finish.
