1.5 oz of Rock 12 Serrano Infused Vodka

1 oz of pineapple juice,

.5 oz lime juice

Egg white (optional)

Add all the ingredients to a shaker. Shake vigorously with ice.  If using egg white, do the "dry shake" first.  Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with cilantro
