1.5 oz Gin

Fresh Basil

.75 oz simple

.75 oz Lemon juice

Sparkling Water

Muddle 3-4 basil leaves with lemon juice and simple syrup.  Add gin and ice to the muddled mix. Shake vigorously.  Strain into cocktail glass. Add ice and top with sparkling water.
