1.5 oz of Rock 12 Vodka
2 ripe strawberries (destemmed)
Mint leaves
.5 oz simple syrup
.25 oz lemon juice

Muddle strawberries, mint and lemon juice. Add vodka and simple syrup to the muddled mix.  Shake well with ice.  Strain into a glass and top with fresh ice and sparkling water.
